After we had been in business for a while, this was actually a couple of years ago, Boating Industry Magazine put together a top 100 listing of dealers in North America. I have no idea how many dealers are left in North America at the time it was maybe 5000, 7000 dealers in North America. And they contacted us and said we would like you to submit your information so we can list you if you make the top 100 , I was like okay you know I thought wow if I could be in the top 100 even if I was 100 out of all those dealers in North America that would be awesome. So we submitted our information and boating Industry magazine sent us a letter and it said congratulations you are in the top 100 - he was excited he was in the top 100.  I could have quit right there and would have been thrilled to death but they invited us to the Marine Leaders conventions where they were going to have this big dinner, fancy dinner I had to wear a tux and everything.  And what they were going to do is count down the dealers until we got to the #1 dealer in North America. So me and some of the staff member went down to the dinner convention we had this diner and they started the countdown and we were all sitting around the table talking okay where do you think we're at what number do you think we are and I said I really don't care as long as I'm not 100 or 99 because that would be kinda anti-climactic but I was guessing we would probably be 75-76 you know that would be really cool if we were right in there and so they started countdown 100, 99 okay whew I'm not 100 or 99, went through the 90's went through the 80's and I thought okay here it comes we're going to be somewhere in the 70's got through the 70's, got through the 60's and I'm starting to think whoa if we can be in the top 50 that would be amazing.  Got into the 40's  and I though "we're in the top fifty"  got through the 40's and I thought okay they forgot about us they just left us off. Got through the 30's and now I'm thinking top 25 that would be incredible, got through the 20's , got into the teens, they were at #11 in North America I'm just beside myself it was awesome and again it was a team effort the team we put together was ranked #11 that was thrilling so the next year Boating Industry magazine says okay submit your stuff we're going to do it again.  We were like okay this is cool let's do it again so we did it again and we down to the dealer convention and they started the countdown we're not in 100 we're not 99 whew okay and we moved through 80's, 70's we're not in the 70's, 60's, 50's we are in the top 50 going through the 40's, 30's, 20's get down to the 10's they were excited about being in the top 10 right then they said now we're going to take a break they come back and start the countdown 10,9,8,8,7, 6 we were rated 6th in North America this was thrilling

The point I'm trying to put across to you is do not over/under estimate yourself you can do it you can accomplish the goals and the dreams that you set and if you ??? You can do the impossible, you can do amazing things, you can do great things and just like it says in good to great it's a whole lot more fun to great things then to just be good or to just be mediocre and it's no harder to be great then to be good so I challenge you pursue your goals and dreams don't let anybody tell you; you can't do it and involve to ward and you can you can do great things and it's fun I love my job every day watching that video gets me excited to go to work so I challenge you go for it pursue your goals and dreams. Dream huge.
