Show some examples of how you used the skill: (example: I, Candace, having been born of goodly parents)	Luke 10: 38 – now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. It came to pass means something is happening right now or in the past.
	John 11: 27 – She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. Yea means listen to me.
	Matthew 19: 8 – He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so. Because means that something happened and because of that this is the result.
What did you learn from using this Study Skill? (“Learning” implies something you didn’t know before)	I learned that these flag phrases are meant to show us how important that scripture is to read.  These phrases are repeated within the scriptures many times showing us that we need to pay attention to it.
Why did you choose this skill for this lesson?	I chose this study skill because it is one of my favorites to use.
